A Message from Harav Moshe Meiselman,
Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Toras Moshe

This year marks the 80th anniversary of the arrival of my grandfather, Harav Moshe Soloveichik zt"l, to these shores. As the great grandson of the Netziv, the grandson of the Bais Halevi and the son of Rav Chaim, Harav Moshe Soloveichik, his decendants and Yeshivas Toras Moshe represent the link to the historic Torah centers of Brisk and Volozhin. To mark this momentous occasion, the Yeshiva is sponsoring a historic tour to the pillars of Torah scholarship in Eastern Europe: the cities and towns where the great Torah centers and their leaders thrived. This will be a historic trip for me personally as it is the first time that I trace my family lineage to the legendary centers of Torah learning and the kivrei avos of the Brisker dynasty by visiting these legendary sites.

My mission: To strengthen the link to this illustrious past for present and future generations by creating a learning environment for fathers and sons in the inspirational "footsteps" of past Gedolei Hador. I am hoping to make this glorious chapter come alive by experiencing the legacies of our Torah luminaries and by initiating the study of the entire Talmud, dedicated to these Torah giants and the yeshivos they led.

I will be greatly honored if you join me on a trip that will be an inspiration for a lifetime.

Imagine spending a day learning in the famous Yeshiva Volozhin, Mother of all Yeshivas, for the first time since the churban!

What a great place to begin Mesechet Brochos for the Siyum Hashas we are planning a year later.

What an inspiration it will be for us to visit the home of the saintly Chofetz Chaim in Radin, Belarus and daven at his kever. I can imagine the emotions as we travel to Brisk where I plan to give a shiur and daven at the kever of the Bais Halevi.

We will visit Vilna, the Yerushaliyim of Lita, and daven at the kever of the Vilna Gaon, as well as at the kvarim of the Netziv and Rav Chaim Brisker in Warsaw. A full itinerary of the trip can be found here.

Please join me on this historic visit that you will no doubt find to be one of the most inspiring experiences of your life.

Warm regards,

Rabbi Moshe Meiselman
Rosh Yeshiva

Please Note:
The trip is intended for talmidim and alumni of Toras Moshe, their families and all friends of the Yeshiva.
